For Mentees:

• Show commitment and actively participate in sessions.
• Respect the mentor’s time and expertise.
• Implement feedback and recommendations constructively.

5. Confidentiality

All discussions between mentors and mentees are confidential. However, JB Mentors reserves the right to disclose information if required by law or if there is a perceived risk of harm.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Engage respectfully and professionally.
• Refrain from discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behavior.
• Follow ethical standards and avoid conflicts of interest.

7. Fees and Payments

Participation in JB Mentors may be free or subject to fees, depending on the mentorship arrangement. Any applicable fees will be communicated in advance.

8. No Guarantees

JB Mentors does not guarantee specific results from the mentorship experience. Success depends on the effort, commitment, and circumstances of the mentee.

9. Termination

JB Mentors reserves the right to terminate any participant’s involvement if they violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful.

10. Liability Disclaimer

JB Mentors and its mentors are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program. Participants are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

11. Amendments

JB Mentors reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants and will take effect upon publication.
